1. No Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:

• Personal information
• Contact information
• Identifiers
• Location data
• Usage data
• Device data
• Cookies or tracking technologies
• Biometric data
• Payment information

Apple manages all purchase-related information. Tabeon LLC does not have access to your payment details.

2. No Protected Health Information (PHI)

ACLS CodePilot^® does not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) and is not a HIPAA-regulated product.

You agree not to enter PHI, such as names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, or other identifiable patient information into the App.

All Code Logger entries and exported PDFs are intended to be non-identifiable and de-identified.

3. Offline Functionality

The App is designed to function entirely offline. We do not operate servers, cloud backups, or remote-storage systems related to the App. Nothing you enter into the App leaves your device.

4. No Account Required

The App does not require:

• Account creation
• Login or authentication
• Email registration
• Social media connection

We have no way to identify or contact users unless they reach out voluntarily through support channels.

5. Children's Privacy

ACLS CodePilot^® is intended for adult learners and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not use:

• Third-party analytics
• Third-party tracking SDKs
• Cloud services
• Advertising networks
• Social login features

The only third-party involvement is Apple, which handles App Store payment processing.

7. Security

Since no data is collected or transmitted by us, there is no risk of data interception on our systems. However, users are responsible for securing their own device, operating system, and exported files.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Tabeon LLC may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
